These sweet and simple dangle earrings feature gorgeous cuts of royston ribbon turquoise.  The geometric design gives these post earrings lots of movement and a unique feel!  They would look amazing worn with a pair of jeans or a knock out cocktail dress.

The geometric design is inspired by a recent trip to the southwest and time spent in the arid desert.  Royston turquoise always reminds me of streams, so light blue and airy, and I couldn’t help but pair the two incongruous themes together.  One of the things I noticed the most in the southwest was the dryness and lack of water and spiny plants, protecting what little water they do have.

As always, these earrings are handmade and one of a kind.  I started with a simple idea, sketched it out and then used my jeweler’s saw to saw the components out of sheet and wire.  Multiple solders with the torch, hand applied satin finish, a bit of patina and look out – a gorgeous set of earrings!
