These are my take on mood rings. Emotions can be complicated and sometimes you need different things to get through whatever burden you're facing - a curse word or two, a grounding phrase or a reminder to be brave, find the joy or not to give up just yet.
I made myself a few of these and it’s been amazing to choose whatever it is that I need every day. Spinning the ring around my finger has been a nice grounding exercise, to remind myself of that days' phrase and what it means.
