Lilacs are one of the first shrubs in my yard to bloom. The delicate purple flowers are such a joy to see and this year I made them into the perfect little stud earrings. These lilac studs are made from sterling silver (including the ear posts and stops) and are completely hand made.
Each flower has been sawn from sheet, formed and stamped, elements soldered and then given a bit of patina. Each flower is unique, just like the ones in my yard.
They measure approximately 1/2 inch and are very light weight.
